**When can I expect to receive my order?**

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipping will arrive within 10–20 business days from the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize for any shipping delays that may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if there are transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

**How can I track my order?**

You will be provided with a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can use the number to track your order on www.17track.net.

**What are your shipping rates?**

We have a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.

**Which countries do you ship to?**

We currently ship worldwide. However, in the event that your country is not supported by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. To learn more about our destination lists, please contact us at service@dokryna.com.

**How can I change my shipping address?**

Address changes are allowed only up to 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@dokryna.online to request such changes.

**Can I deliver to an address other than my card's billing address?**

Yes, that is possible.

**How is my order shipped?**

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
